Week 16
This week we are beginning the Circulatory, Respiratory, and Excretory Systems. Students will be able to list the organs involved in each system and how they are used to maintain homeostasis. Students will also be able to describe the function of each of the organs for each system and explain that the respiratory system is used to exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide and that the circulatory system is used to pump the blood. The excretory system is used to get rid of the NON-SOLID waste, including liquids (sweat, urine) and gas (carbon dioxide).
